The Biltmore Estate at Asheville, North Carolina

Well I'm officially back on the road today after an extended stay in Charlotte. VERY sad to leave today and really I didn't go far. It was 2 hours to Asheville and I'm on my way north to Ohio. As I had some time this afternoon I headed to the Biltmore Estate which is the US' largest house and was extremely beautiful. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to take pictures of the inside of the house (but did get a free audio tour which was pretty cool) so you'll have to check out their website for pics of the interior - http://www.biltmore.com/visit I did snag a copy of "A pictorial guide to Biltmore" which has 126 pages of glorious color pics so if you really wanna see, hit me up when I'm back in the country and I'd be happy to show you. I did take some snaps of the outside of the house and here they are for your viewing pleasure.
